Request a Transcript

To request a transcript, please visit Parchment! 

1. Go to parchment.com
   Create an account (be sure to put your correct leave/graduating year, for example: this year seniors your leave year would be 2026)
   Select Nampa Academy High School as your school

2. Request your transcript
   Select "Order Transcript"  (if you are ordering close to the end of a trimester or end of year be sure to click the box "hold for grades" so you receive your most current one)
   Choose where to send it to (yourself, specific colleges, the common app, etc.) 

3. Review your order and checkout! 
   That's all! You can log back into your Parchment account to track the status of your order.
